The 5kg handlebar is rubberised and can be used for light toning exercises, including bicep curls, shoulder presses and so much more. And with a wide weight range, this dumbbell provides the resistance you need to keep progressing.

No need for separate storage - the fitted base ensures that all the plates are aligned and ready to use at all times.
