We liked the fact the online buying process was so easy and simple to navigate. They even answered product email questions we had with in 10 minutes. Our product was delivered as described within the time frame promised. Pleasantly surprised customer.

The product we ordered took slightly longer to arrive then we initially anticipated. Ember Homewares kept us in the loop via email in regards to the status of our shipment and offered follow up support to ensure our satisfaction with the product. Overall we are happy our experience.

We had the oak dining chairs delivered the other day. I can genuinely say the chairs are a robust build and support our growing teenage boys. We are looking to purchase the matching dining table when it comes back into stock.

Initially wanted to buy an outdoor setting from Ember Home, but found it was out of stock until next season. We touched base with their customer service and they managed to find us an alternative outdoor setting which looked pretty much the same but for a better price. We have since had the product delivered and are happy with the product.
