Delivery Times

At Ember Homewares, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Because we ship Australia-wide, delivery times can vary depending on your location and local courier networks. Here’s what you can generally expect:

VIC: 3 - 8 Days

WA, NT, TAS: 7 - 14 Days

These timeframes are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched from the warehouse (you’ll receive tracking details as soon as it’s on the move).

Delivery times may occasionally vary due to factors outside our control such as peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas), public holidays, weather events, or remote delivery locations. Regional and rural areas may experience slightly longer transit times compared to metro areas.
