This 5ft Olympic Barbell is a compact yet durable option for strength training, ideal for home gyms, studios, and limited training spaces. With a total length of 150cm and 2" (50mm) diameter Olympic sleeves, it is compatible with all standard Olympic weight plates.

Built to handle up to 500lb of load, this barbell features strong steel construction, a smooth chrome finish, and knurled grip sections for secure handling during lifts. The 910mm distance between the plate stops ensures comfortable grip spacing for pressing, rowing, curling, and general barbell exercises.

A pair of Olympic spring collars is included for secure plate fastening.
