Usage

Ideal for office lunches, school meals, picnics, travel, hiking and camping. Add hot or cold food, secure the screw-on lid and carry the container using the lid handle. When holding hot food, press the pressure-release valve to release steam before opening the lid to help prevent splashes or injury.
