Usage

Ideal for work, school, picnics, travel, hiking, camping, cycling, and family meal preparation. Fill with your favorite hot or cold foods, secure the lid firmly, and carry it using the integrated handle. When holding hot food, press the pressure-release valve before opening the lid to release steam pressure and help prevent splashes or injury. Please allow a 1–3 mm measurement variation due to manual measurement.
