Featuring free-rotating 50mm Olympic sleeves, this barbell is compatible with all Olympic weight plates and offers smooth loading and unloading during training. With a robust 750lb maximum load capacity, it is suitable for heavy squats, good mornings, lunges, and powerlifting-style training.

A pair of Olympic spring collars is included for secure plate fastening.
