For Citrus Fruits (Forward Press):

Cut fruit in half horizontally
Place fruit cut-side down onto reamer
Press lid down and twist to extract juice
Pour fresh juice from built-in spout

For Soft Fruits (Reverse Press):

Remove reamer and place fruit pieces in cup
Insert reamer with blades facing upward
Press and twist to crush and extract
Strain and serve directly from container
